On Monday, March 24, former Xavier College Preparatory High School standout A’moree Ferrel’s current collegiate team the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros won 82-66 against the Coker Cobras in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, this was the first game against the Coker Cobras during the championship.
A’moree Ferrel’s hometown is Indio and game positions are guard and forward.
