On Wednesday, Feb. 5, former La Quinta High School standout Lauren Mauer’s current college team, the Western Oregon Wolves, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles.
The game took place at Golden Eagles Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.
The Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 20 at 12 p.m. at WOU Softball Field against Western Washington Vikings.
