On Friday, March 28, former Palm Desert High School standout Jacob Mejia’s current college team, the Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes, lost 13-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.

The game took place at Fiscalini Field. This was their first matchup against the Otters this season.

The Coyotes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 12 p.m. at Fiscalini Field against Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.
