On Thursday, Feb. 27, former La Quinta High School standout Lauren Mauer’s current college team, the Western Oregon Wolves, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Sioux Falls Cougars.
The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.
The Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 27 at 4:35 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Concordia Golden Bears.
