Indian Wells home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Indian Wells rose by $63,500 while total sales decreased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 311 homes sold, with a median sale price of $726,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $662,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 340 homes sold in Indian Wells in 2017.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,454, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for 2018.
