Thousand Palms home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Thousand Palms rose by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 19.8% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Thousand Palms in the third quarter of 2018.
