Indian Wells home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Indian Wells fell by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $627,500 - a 14.3% decrease over the $732,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Indian Wells in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,454, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
