Bermuda Dunes home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Bermuda Dunes rose by $74,000 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,500 - a 21.7% increase over the $341,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Bermuda Dunes in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Bermuda Dunes for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,292, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
