Palm Desert home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Palm Desert rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 32.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 189 homes sold in Palm Desert in December 2017.
