Indio home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Indio rose by $33,250 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,500 - a 11.6% increase over the $287,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Indio in December 2017.
