Mountain Center home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Mountain Center fell by $87,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,500 - a 17.5% decrease over the $500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mountain Center in December 2017.
