Cathedral City home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Cathedral City rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,500 - a 10.3% increase over the $290,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Cathedral City in December 2017.
