Thermal home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Thermal fell by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 21.4% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Thermal in 2018.
