Indio home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Indio rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 40.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 778 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $313,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,299 homes sold in Indio in 2018.
