Cathedral City home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Cathedral City rose by $22,250 while total sales decreased by 37.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 456 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $302,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 726 homes sold in Cathedral City in 2018.
