Thousand Palms home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Thousand Palms fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,500 - a 4% decrease over the $275,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Thousand Palms in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Thousand Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,465, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
