Pricing for the median home in Coachella increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Coachella rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Coachella in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,148, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
