The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Indio rose by $42,750 while total sales increased by 183.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 518 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,250 - a 13.4% increase over the $318,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 183 homes sold in Indio in the second half of 2019.
