Median home prices in Bermuda Dunes rose to $435,500 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Bermuda Dunes rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 160.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,500 - a 10.3% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Bermuda Dunes in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Bermuda Dunes for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,292, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
