Pricing for the median home in Thermal increased during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Thermal rose by $166,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $303,500 - a 120.7% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Thermal in 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Thermal for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,553, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for 2020.
