2020: Home prices in Indian Wells increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Indian Wells rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 267 homes sold, with a median sale price of $749,500 - a 2% increase over the $735,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 209 homes sold in Indian Wells in 2019.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,454, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for 2020.
