Home prices increased in Desert Hot Springs during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Desert Hot Springs rose by $41,500 while total sales increased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 197 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $229,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 182 homes sold in Desert Hot Springs in the fourth quarter of 2019.
