Median home prices in Coachella rose to $277,000 in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Coachella rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 22.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Coachella in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,010, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
