The fourth quarter of 2020: Rancho Mirage experienced a 1.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Rancho Mirage fell by $9,750 while total sales increased by 86%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 320 homes sold, with a median sale price of $607,750 - a 1.6% decrease over the $617,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 172 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Rancho Mirage for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
