How did home prices perform in Mountain Center during the fourth quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Mountain Center rose by $7,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $518,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mountain Center in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.
