The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Palm Springs rose by $117,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 196 homes sold, with a median sale price of $496,750 - a 30.9% increase over the $379,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Palm Springs in December 2019.
