The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Rancho Mirage fell by $40,000 while total sales increased by 76.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 6% decrease over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Rancho Mirage for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
