December 2020: Home prices in Indian Wells increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Indian Wells rose by $230,000 while total sales increased by 181.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $875,000 - a 35.7% increase over the $645,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Indian Wells in December 2019.
