Median home prices in Rancho Mirage fell to $512,500 in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Rancho Mirage fell by $87,000 while total sales increased by 28%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $512,500 - a 14.5% decrease over the $599,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in January 2019.
