Rising home prices in Indian Wells in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Indian Wells rose by $70,000 while total sales increased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $820,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Indian Wells in January 2019.
