December 2019: Home prices in Thousand Palms increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Thousand Palms rose by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Thousand Palms in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Thousand Palms for 2019 was $2,597. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,553. This marks an increase of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.9%.
