Pricing for the median home in Thermal increased during December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Thermal rose by $150,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 85.7% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Thermal in December 2018, as well.
