Pricing for the median home in Thousand Palms decreased during November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Thousand Palms fell by $107,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,250 - a 39.9% decrease over the $268,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Thousand Palms in November 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Thousand Palms for 2019 was $2,597. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,553. This marks an increase of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
