Median home prices in Bermuda Dunes fell to $332,500 in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Bermuda Dunes fell by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 6.3% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Bermuda Dunes in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Bermuda Dunes for 2019 was $3,634. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,497. This marks an increase of 3.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
