The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in La Quinta fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,500 - a 5.9% decrease over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in La Quinta in November 2018.

The median sales tax in La Quinta for 2019 was $4,664. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,572. This marks an increase of 2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
