Pricing for the median home in Indian Wells decreased during November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Indian Wells fell by $410,000 while total sales increased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 42.7% decrease over the $960,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Indian Wells in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for 2019 was $8,884. In 2018, the median sales tax was $8,636. This marks an increase of 2.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
