The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Rancho Mirage rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in November 2018.
