The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Blythe fell by $6,750 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,750 - a 4.6% decrease over the $145,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Blythe in September 2018, as well.
