September 2019: Home prices in Desert Hot Springs increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Desert Hot Springs rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,500 - a 1.4% increase over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Desert Hot Springs in September 2018.
