September 2019: Indio experienced a 9.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Indio fell by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 9.2% decrease over the $330,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Indio in September 2018.
