Median home prices in Palm Desert rose to $355,000 in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Palm Desert rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Palm Desert in September 2018.
