Rancho Mirage home prices fell in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Rancho Mirage fell by $85,000 while total sales increased by 32.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 13.9% decrease over the $610,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Rancho Mirage for 2019 was $6,495. In 2018, the median sales tax was $6,309. This marks an increase of 2.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
