September 2019: Home prices in Indian Wells increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Indian Wells rose by $174,000 while total sales increased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $652,500 - a 36.4% increase over the $478,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Indian Wells in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for 2019 was $8,884. In 2018, the median sales tax was $8,636. This marks an increase of 2.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
