The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in La Quinta rose by $140,000 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 30.4% increase over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in La Quinta in February 2020.

The median sales tax in La Quinta for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,664, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
