The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Indian Wells rose by $382,500 while total sales increased by 380%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,172,500 - a 48.4% increase over the $790,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Indian Wells in May 2020.
