April 2021: Home prices in Coachella increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Coachella rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $262,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Coachella in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,010, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
