April 2021: Home prices in Indian Wells increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Indian Wells rose by $422,250 while total sales increased by 1250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,070,000 - a 65.2% increase over the $647,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Indian Wells in April 2020.
