Blythe median home prices rose by 46.2% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Blythe rose by $69,250 while total sales increased by 81%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,250 - a 46.2% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Blythe in the second quarter of 2020.
