Desert Hot Springs home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Desert Hot Springs rose by $74,000 while total sales increased by 137.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 183 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 31.4% increase over the $236,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Desert Hot Springs in the second quarter of 2020.
