Pricing for the median home in Thousand Palms increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Thousand Palms rose by $46,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $289,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Thousand Palms in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Thousand Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,597, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
